We offer the ship owners a full range of vessel repairs, maintenance and supply, inspection, agent services and crewing.
The company comprises 5 specialized departments:
- ship’s repair
- inspection of safety equipment and fire extinguishing appliances
- vessel maintenance and supply services
- transport and forwarding
- crewing department
Since 2005 the company has implemented a quality management system to comply with DSTU ISO 9001.
We act under the supervision of the American Bureau of Shipping — ABS.
The company organized the production of pilot ladders, boat ladders, pendant with diamond-knot ladders, cargo nets, chop strand mats and collision mats.
Service Station
Our company includes a service station for maintenance of rescue and fire fighting equipment. The following operations are executed at production facilities:
Hull constructions repair, vessel power supply equipment, auxiliary equipment and systems;
Repairs, mounting, and adjustment of ref installations ,system and means of ship automation;
Alarm and control systems, navigation and radio communication.
Electrical equipment repair services.
Lifeboat and lifeboat launching devices testing
Testing of strapping
Our company provides dismantling of all emergency equipment from the vessel which is subject to inspection by company’s own transport means. We install and seal life rafts on board.
Transport and forwarding department performs all types of transport services at the request of the customer.
Maintenance and Supplies
Ships repair company offers ship owners maintenance and supply of vessels in river and sea ports of Ukraine. The maintenance and supply department operates since 2000. The main attention is paid to satisfy all needs in maintenance of vessels. Positive feedback from our customers and long term of experience prove the quality of our services.
Crewing
Within our company there is a crewing branch, where we act as an agent.
Our main and primary customer is the one of the biggest dredging companies – Belgian company «DEME». DEME specializes in dredging, maintenance, development of port infrastructure, restoration of the environment.

Employee requirements:
- Intermediate level of English and/or higher
- Experience on dredging ships and supply vessels
